Senior/ Production Supervisor (MNC Engineering, Bukit Batok, 5K)

• Work time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
• Work Location: Bukit Batok
• Permanent headcount, stable opportunity
• Salary: S$5,000 + AWS + VB (Average 2 months)
   

Job Scope

• Leading the Team: Manage and support production workers.
• Planning Production: Create and follow schedules to meet targets.
• Ensuring Quality: Check that products meet quality standards.
• Managing Resources: Oversee the use of materials and machinery.
• Improving Processes: Find and apply ways to make production more efficient.
• Safety: Ensure safety rules are followed.
• Solving Problems: Fix issues that come up during production.
• Reporting: Keep track of production results and performance.
• Coordination: Work with other departments to keep production running smoothly.
• Inventory: Monitor and manage stock levels.

Requirements

• Nitec or diploma in engineering field.
• 3-5 years in production, particularly in temperature measurement or customized engineering solutions for the oil and gas industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and computer skills.
• Process leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on with some manual work when needed.
