Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with a portfolio of top advertisers, including China-based clients, to ensure retention and prevent migration to competing platforms.
- Acquire a deep understanding of key customer needs and business objectives, with a focus on the Chinese export industry.
- Expand relationships with existing clients by proactively proposing tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions to top advertisers, including those based in China.
- Serve as the primary communication link between key clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Resolve issues and complaints efficiently to maintain trust and protect revenue, especially for high-value China-based accounts.
- Play a key role in generating new business opportunities that evolve into long-term partnerships.
- Manage regular meetings with top advertisers, including weekly check-ins, monthly updates, and quarterly business reviews.
- Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum A1 for GCE O-level or equivalent in Chinese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- With more than 4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in digital marketing or tech platforms.
- Proven track record in sales and solution-based client servicing.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing and SEM, with hands-on experience.
- Prior experience working with clients in China or within the Chinese export industry.
- Background in digital marketing firms or similar tech platforms is highly preferred.
