Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze daily Treasury & Markets P&L reports for senior management.
- Deliver monthly performance reporting, analysis, and business commentary for front-office stakeholders.
- Monitor finance-related KRIs and highlight key risks and trends.
- Review reporting processes and financial controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Enhance reporting dashboards, analytics capabilities, and process automation.
- Support finance transformation initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Finance, Product Control, Management Reporting, MIS, or Financial Reporting within banking or financial services.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset.
