Junior Sales Support Executive / Contract
Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are organised, willing to learn, and enjoy supporting sales operations.
You will work closely with the Sales and Accounts team to help manage orders, maintain records, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Training will be provided, so prior experience with sales systems is a bonus but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Order Support
- Assist in processing sales orders and tracking their progress
- Support the Sales team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Help prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation
- Follow up with internal teams or clients on outstanding items (e.g. payments, documents)
Data & System Updates
- Maintain and update sales records in internal systems
- Ensure customer and order information is accurate and up to date
- Assist with basic data entry and reporting tasks
Customer & Internal Coordination
- Respond to simple customer inquiries or direct them to the relevant team
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Operations) to support order fulfilment
- Assist with scheduling and communication where required
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales team
- Assist in preparing simple reports or presentations
- Support basic tasks in systems such as invoicing or order tracking
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of working experience (sales/admin support experience is a plus)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics 365) is a plus but not required
