Senior / Production Technicians

• Involves hands-on execution of production operations according to SOPs, safety, and quality requirements.
• Maintenance Management: Maintain training equipment/infrastructure through preventive maintenance protocols and real-time troubleshooting to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive databases for in-role employee training metrics, including competency matrices and performance benchmarks, to enable data-driven program evaluation and refinement.
• The role also involves adhering to quality and safety compliance like GMP, managing training equipment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen or Lean Six Sigma. 
• Production experience in the pharmaceutical or a similar manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of GMP/GDP compliance, and the ability to follow specific work instructions
• Responsible for production unit operation, e.g., Production Preparation, Charging, Temperature Control, Sampling, Workup Operations.
• Batch Record Implementation
• Equipment Preparation, Cleaning, Operation and Inspection
• ITE / Diploma in engineering
• Working experience in production, or with practical experience in mechanical engineering
