Responsibilities
- Promote the digital payment solution to existing and prospective customers through outbound telesales activities.
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively communicate value propositions to drive adoption.
- Assist customers with onboarding, including both onsite and remote setup, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide clear, accurate, and concise information on product features, pricing, and processes.
- Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable merchant solutions.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage retention and long-term usage.
- Follow up with customers post-onboarding to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and onboarding progress in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, product teams) to address customer feedback and improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Stay updated on product enhancements, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or merchant solutions role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to explain technical or financial solutions in a clear and simple manner.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
