Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders across business and IT teams.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for technology teams.
- Support solution design, testing, and validation within Agile or iterative delivery models.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements, particularly in regional or multi-location implementations.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and system changes.
Requirement:
- Experience with banking and investment platforms such as Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, or FinIQ.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments.
- In-depth understanding of system integration and end-to-end solution delivery.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and influence cross-functional teams.
- Self-driven and able to work independently in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.
- Prior experience in Banking / Wealth Management business functions OR hands-on experience with Avaloq (functional and/or technical).
