Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to businesses
- Identify and qualify potential clients with business funding or credit needs
- Explain loan products, interest rates, and key benefits clearly to prospects
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for sales consultants
- Handle objections professionally and build trust with business decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client information, and pipeline updates in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Achieve daily/weekly KPIs, including call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates
Requirements
- Min NITEC and above
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service
- Good communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage business decision-makers
- Comfortable with outbound cold calling and handling objections confidently
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
