We are looking for a data-driven analyst to support algorithm-driven experimentation initiatives across campaign and growth scenarios. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to help design and operationalize A/B tests, monitor experiment performance, generate actionable insights, and support rollout readiness. The ideal candidate is in structured thinking, analytics, and stakeholder coordination, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the design and setup of algorithm-driven A/B experiments, including hypothesis framing, metric alignment, experiment structure, and result-readiness checks.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze experiment performance to ensure timely identification of signal, risk, and opportunity.
  • Provide analytical support for experiment results, including performance deep dives, result interpretation, and clear recommendation framing in documentation
  • Support the development and refinement of experiment frameworks,operating processes, androllout criteria to improve testing quality and scalability.
  • Assist in rollout tracking by monitoring post-launch performance and highlighting deviations, risks, or areas for optimization.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvement by identifying gaps in measurement, reporting, and experiment governance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics,DataScience&Analytic, Statistics, or related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business analytics, or e-commerce (internship experience acceptable).
  • Analytical thinking and ability to translate data into clear business insights.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation logic, and performance measurement methodologies.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a support-oriented, coordination-heavy environment.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills,with the ability to synthesize findings clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of managing multiple workstreams with accuracy and consistency.
  • Experience in campaign analytics, business analysis, or performance tracking is a plus
