Responsibilities

• On-site standby for immediate response to incidents.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report faulty items to the Engineer.
• Escort and supervise S&M or Repair work, actively participating in hands-on tasks.
• Monitor chiller plant performance, assisting the Engineer in optimization efforts.
• Ensure proper documentation of Service Reports for periodic S&M and address customer complaints.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience or above in Chiller, ACMV, HVAC. On-site stationed.
• Nitec or Diploma in related engineering filed.
• Experience in liaising with third-party service deliverers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to support shift work/ overtime if needed.
