Quality Surveyors (Pharmaceutical projects /Greenfield / Remeasurement/ SMM)

• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to project requirements and local building & construction regulations.
• Support the evaluation and communication of project variations.
• Assist with valuation of works done by vendors and arrange for payments.
• Understand standard method of measurement
• Taking Off Quantities: Measuring lengths, areas, and volumes from design plans in a structured, uniform way.
• Preparing the BOQ: Grouping materials and labor into clear items so every contractor bids on the exact same scope of work.
• Tendering and Comparison: Helping clients compare contractor bids fairly because everyone prices using identical measurement rules.
• Valuing Variations: Measuring changes or extra work on site during construction to price additions or deductions fairly.
• Resolving Disputes: Providing a shared, professional reference point that stops arguments over what was measured or included
• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying
