Workdays: Tentatively Monday – Friday, normal office hours
Work location: Changi (unless required to travel to clients’ sites)
Transport allowance: $1,100, if the person has a car, or reimbursement basis if the person does not have a car. This person should preferably have a car.
Contract Completion bonus: Pro-rated completion bonus based on 1-month salary for 12 months of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scientific Detailing: Conduct face-to-face and online detailing with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to explain the science behind company’s brand, including clinical studies and brand propositions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent relationships with HCPs through regular interactions
- Engagement & Events: Organize and host lunch talks and support Peer-to-Peer lunch sessions to actively engage the medical community.
- Ethical Compliance: Adhere to the National Code of Ethics (SIFECS) and company’s instructions regarding the marketing of company’s products.
- Operational Excellence: Manage call cycles, ensure the fulfillment of orders, and log all calls and clinical validation activities into the system.
- Market Intelligence: Identify market trends and competitor activities within your territory to provide quality feedback to Brand Management.
- Stock Hygiene: Perform visits to pharmacies and supermarkets to ensure product availability and order
Requirement:
- Experience as a locum, either pharmacy or nutrition company
- Ability to manage an assigned area effectively, ensuring consistent visits to healthcare sites
- Preferably own a car and able to drive for work due to transport of materials (samples/brochures/gifts)
- Education in Nutrition, Dietetics, Life Science or related fields
