Job Description:
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests from the CEO during late working hours
- Manage office air-conditioning (switch on/off as needed) and lighting (turn off when unoccupied)
- Support late-night director meetings, including arranging food and purchasing required items
- Attend to guests visiting in the late evening
- Record directors' requests and hand over details to the morning team for follow-up
- Monitor and replenish pantry supplies
- Perform routine checks on office equipment and report/flag any faults
- Replace air purifier filters on a scheduled basis (every 3–6 months)
- Provide basic AV/technical support as needed
