Associate, Restructuring & Insolvency Advisory

Responsibilities

• Preparing documentation for conflict checks
• Communicating with clients to obtain necessary documentation
• Analyzing the client’s historical and current financial performance
• Reviewing past transactions for irregularities or significant events
• Investigating the underlying causes of the insolvency
• Assisting in the development of cash flow projections and evaluating the reasonableness of assumptions, considering the client's liquidity needs and constraints
• Able to liaise with government authorities such as the CPF Board (CPFB), Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS), Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Ministry of Law and Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
• Coordinating with various stakeholders involved in corporate insolvency and restructuring processes—including judicial management, liquidation, and receivership—handling creditor inquiries, asset recovery and realization, and meeting statutory obligations;
• Gaining familiarity with current insolvency laws and regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy / Finance or related fields.

• Well verse with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
