Customer Support Engineer

  • Job title: Customer Support Engineer (Full time)
  • Working hours: 8.30am to 5.45pm (5 days work week, Mon-Fri)
  • Location: Ubi area (But will be required to travel to other sites when necessary)

Minimum Qualification:

  • Experienced as a Service Engineer within the Semiconductor/Mechanical Engineering industries 
  • Inexperienced candidates with NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering / OJT provided 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 

Job scope:

  • Provide on-site technical service, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment at customer’s sites.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure optimal machine performance and reliability
  • Able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region on short notice for service job assignments if necessary.
