Regional Business Process Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build a solid understanding of B2B processes across SMBs, large corporations, and
  • educational institutions.
  • Document current and future state processes, capturing regional nuances with precision.
  • Participate in stakeholder workshops, gathering and recording business requirements.
  • Produce analytical deliverables — including process maps, gap analyses, and requirement
  • documents — to support program activities.
  • Assist with data readiness for system rollout, including preparation and validation of migration
  • data.
  • Execute user acceptance testing (UAT), track issues, and drive resolution to ensure system
  • readiness for local requirements.
  • Support change management and training activities, including preparing training materials and
  • reference content for future state processes.
  • Keep your manager informed on progress, escalating blockers and risks.

Skills required

  • Exposure to a B2B selling environment; experience in consumer electronics is a plus.
  • Background in a business analyst or process-oriented role, with some exposure to CRM or
  • enterprise systems; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Experience contributing to business requirement documents.
  • Ability to work independently while proactively seeking guidance when needed.
  • Collaborative and adaptable working style with a willingness to learn.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor outputs to different
  • audiences.
  • Background or interest in AI solutions would be an advantageous.
