Requirement:

Minimum 3–5 years in retail management, preferably in fashion, luxury, or departmental stores

Good people management, coaching, and team development skills

Proficiency in sales data analysis, KPI tracking, and inventory management
-
Excellent verbal and written communication for staff engagement and reporting
-
Ability to thrive in fast-paced retail environments, especially during peak seasons (e.g., GSS, festive sales)
-
Proficiency in retail software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
