Job Scope:

  • Manage admissions and general scholarship enquiries via Salesforce (email) and Zoom Workplace (calls)
  • Provide prompt accurate, and professional responses to prospective applicants, parents, and the public
  • Advise on admissions procedures, requirements, timelines, and general scholarship matters based on approved information and guidelines
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate parties wen required
  • Maintain high service standards in handling high volume of enquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Keep updated on admissions and scholarship information to ensure accurate and consistent communication attend to walk-in enquiries (if required)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a contact centre, customer service, or education is good to have
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Comfortable using case management and communication systems such as Salesforce and Zoom Workplace
  • Service-oriented, adaptable and able to handle a high volume of enquiries with professionalism and care

Additional Information:

  • Salary – S$2760 per month
  • Contract duration: from 01 Sep, 11-month contract
  • Working days and hours: Mon to Thur, 8.30am to 6pm and Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
