Job Responsibilities

  • Sales & Performance Management

    • Drive departmental sales targets and KPIs through effective planning and execution.

    • Create a welcoming shopping environment that enhances customer loyalty.

  • Team Leadership & Development

    • Supervise, coach, and motivate staff to achieve departmental goals.

    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

    • Manage staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and career development.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Oversee daily operations including merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual display standards.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety regulations.

    • Work closely with other departments to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

  • Inventory & Financial Management

    • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and manage shrinkage control.

    • Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment and optimal stock mix.

    • Assist in budget planning and cost management to achieve financial objectives.

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of retail supervisory/management experience.

  • Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to drive sales and manage operational efficiency.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.
