Finance Manager ($8000 / Central)

Responsibilities

• Drive month-end and quarter-end financial closing activities and ensure timely reporting
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and consolidation schedules to support business decisions
• Review financial data and reporting submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Handle journal entries, reconciliations, and year-end reporting requirements
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and external stakeholders on finance-related matters
• Support internal and external audit processes, including year-end audit coordination
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency
• Mentor and support junior team members within the finance function
• Participate in finance projects and ad-hoc assignments as part of business growth initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
• CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous
