Operations Business Analyst

Responsibilities: 

• Business Analysis & Stakeholder Support 

• Requirements Documentation & Analysis 

• Process Improvement & Solution Support 

• Stakeholder Communication & Testing Support (SIT & UAT) 
   

Requirement: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills.  

• Show curiosity and a willingness to learn business processes and technologies.  

• Communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. 

• Be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing assigned tasks. 

• Collaborate well within cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
