Junior Program Manager, ESG / Sustainability (Bank l Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Leading client engagements and account management of a cohort of participating SMEs relating programme enrolment, administration, and claims for enterprises.
• Creating guidelines, checklists, policies, procedures, and other related programme content, to align with best practices and frameworks.
• Drafting content for programme publicity, success cases, insights on ESG related topics.
• Organising events and workshops to attract and educate participants on ESG related topics.
• Liaising with government agencies and partners to facilitate meetings, consultation sessions, workshops, and clinics for enterprises.
• Leveraging on in-house masterclasses, toolkits and resources, strategic frameworks, coupled with resources and training programmes, to create impactful training and ESG solutions.
• Managing and fostering relationships with multiple stakeholders in the network to ensure effective and sustainable implementation.
• Supporting on administrative claims and processing of grants.
• Tracking and measurement of participant’s progress and performance

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration).
• Minimum 2-3 years of Programme Management or Account Management experience relating to ESG / Sustainability.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated passion for sustainability and an exceptional understanding of sustainability principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
