JOB OBJECTIVES / SUMMARY

SEA service support for company product with new machine installation, service/repair and maintain machines performance.
- Machine installations, buyoff and co-ordinate customer support request.
- Machines buyoff ensuring that acceptance is successfully completed in a timely manner.
- Provide customer basic training.
- Flexible for non-standard hours (nights, weekends, rotating schedules) common in 24/7 industries (semiconductor manufacturing).
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Give technical support to customers and maintain a close technical relationship.
- Adhere to quality systems, policies and procedures.
- Communicate to HQ and to customers on time.

- To write and present technical reports to internal and end customers to communicate related issues and countermeasures.
- Monitor customer workflow, work methods and processes.
- Make operational or process recommendations to achieve optimal machines performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance, machine, and process/application.
- Provide technical phone support or other routine services/meeting and presentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machines problems. Repair, up-date and retrofit machines.
- Submit repair on machine installations, warranty repairs overall performance levels,
- Problems and product enhancement opportunities to machine, collect and analyze machine performance data as required.
- Occasionally replacement and setup on heavy objects
- Always comply with all safety and regulation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Mechatronic, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
- Mechanical and electronic understanding and schematic and blueprint reading
- 2-3 years’ service or maintenance experience in semiconductor or in related industries
- Good electrical and mechanical aptitude for machinery and equipment
- Working knowledge of computers and electronics
- Polite, good personality with diplomatic flair and independently.
- Team oriented, flexible and responsible in his work.
- Ability to work independently and under loaded conditions also extra working hours/ weekend support if require.
- Ready to travel as required and / or in short term demand.
- The employee regularly works near moving and or vibrating mechanical parts.
- Frequent travel domestic/oversea more than 80%
- Equipment experience: Flip Chip Machines, or and front end/backend semicon machine
- Reporting with daily update also time to time during request.
- Shift rotating and support according to company business demand.
- Weekend and extra hours support according to company business demand.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to understand and interpret technical documents, drawings and schematics.
- Ability to operate PC and to work with Windows, power point and Office (Words, Excel)
NON-TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS
- Good oral, written, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with HQ and with customers.
- Ability to give well understandable presentations during customers training.
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENT
- Polite, good personality with diplomatic flair and skills in negotiations
- Team oriented, flexible and responsible in his work.
- Ability to work independently and under loaded conditions and also long working hours if needed.
