Purpose
The Senior Manager, Property & Retail Mall Technology will lead the Group-wide Commercial Property and Retail Mall Technology Competency Centre. The role is responsible for driving innovation and operational excellence through the development, implementation, and management of Property Technology (PropTech) solutions.

Scope
Financial Responsibilities

Manage the Property Technology operating budget.

Oversee project expenditures and cost control.

Ensure technology investments deliver measurable value and return on investment (ROI).

Lead and manage the Property Technology team.

Oversee external vendors, consultants, and contractors.

Govern technology solutions deployed across multiple commercial properties and retail malls.

Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline.

Master's Degree is nice to have.

Minimum 10 years of experience in PropTech, Smart Building, IoT, or technology leadership roles.

Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams.
