Purpose

The Senior Manager, Property & Retail Mall Technology will lead the Group-wide Commercial Property and Retail Mall Technology Competency Centre. The role is responsible for driving innovation and operational excellence through the development, implementation, and management of Property Technology (PropTech) solutions.

Key focus areas include:

Minimum Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline.

• Master's Degree is nice to have.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in PropTech, Smart Building, IoT, or technology leadership roles.

• Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams.
