Hotel Food and Beverage Attendant

Rotate between different service areas including in-room dining, lounge, and rooftop bar.
Retrieve food orders from the restaurant and deliver them promptly to guests.
Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with accuracy, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked, with all equipment functioning properly.
Provide friendly and engaging service, understanding guest preferences to recommend suitable drinks based on their tastes and mood.
Oversee beverage inventory, coordinate restocking, and maintain optimal stock levels while following quality and cost guidelines.

Certification or knowledge in alcohol service is a plus.
Possess a friendly, outgoing personality that helps create a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience.
Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Able to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Demonstrate good personal hygiene and discipline in maintaining cleanliness at the bar and work areas.
