Job Responsibilities
- Rotate between different service areas including in-room dining, lounge, and rooftop bar.
- Retrieve food orders from the restaurant and deliver them promptly to guests.
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages with accuracy, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked, with all equipment functioning properly.
- Provide friendly and engaging service, understanding guest preferences to recommend suitable drinks based on their tastes and mood.
- Oversee beverage inventory, coordinate restocking, and maintain optimal stock levels while following quality and cost guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Certification or knowledge in alcohol service is a plus.
- Possess a friendly, outgoing personality that helps create a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Able to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Demonstrate good personal hygiene and discipline in maintaining cleanliness at the bar and work areas.
