Project Engineer / Manager (CCTV, security system, installation, team management)
Job Summary
Manage and deliver security system projects on time, within budget, and according to client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage project execution from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and resolve project issues.
- Allocate resources and oversee site activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience or 6 years above for team lead in the security industry.
- Knowledge of ELV systems, CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and Networking.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
