CNC Engineer (Based in ShenZhen)

Job Descriptions: 

• Hands-on experience with a variety of machining equipment, particularly CNC machines; familiarity with FANUC controls.

• Skilled in the design, use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of jigs and fixtures used for mechanical components.

• Proficient in interpreting and evaluating mechanical drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish requirements.

• Solid understanding of mechanical component design principles, structural specifications, and practical problem-solving.

• Knowledgeable in CNC and injection molding (IM) process flows, including machine operation, programming, and addressing mechanical or material issues.

• Prior exposure to first-article inspections and mold qualification for mechanical parts is highly desirable.

Job Requirements: 

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, or a related engineering discipline.

• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of machine tools and various cutting tools, including their processing characteristics.

• Materials Knowledge: Solid foundation in material properties; experience with metal machining is a plus, and familiarity with plastic machining is a plus.

• Analytical Skills: Proficient in tolerance analysis for machined parts and capable of resolving machining-related issues.

• Software Skills: Experienced in CAM programming using software such as Mastercam or UG NX CAM, with the ability to troubleshoot both G-code and M-code.

• Design & Productivity Tools: Proficient in both 2D and 3D CAD software, as well as Microsoft Office applications.

• Communication: Able to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders in China.
