Ad hoc basis upon activation to cover the current Customer Service Personnel Activation and assignment activation will be 3-5 working days or as earlier as possible.
Assignment date is from 22 June till 20 Sep. Responsible to perform as the call center when the external stakeholder call in for enquiries.
Compulsory to attend training on the week of 22 June.
Working hour: 9am to 4pm (Mondays to Thursdays), 9am to 12pm (Fridays)
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Job Scope:
Inbound calls - Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and/or escalating the issue to ensure proper resolution.
Field Sales Force Support
Minimize Field Sales operational downtime by providing 1st level support to sales force and ensuring Sales Force Automation tools are ready and available
Provide administrative support by processing and disseminating Field Sales targets, commission payouts, incentives, and briefing material
Commercial Back Office Support
Perform timely refresh of data and reports and disseminate to audience group for greater accessibility of performance results
Support all digital related operations to ensure receipt of all orders on E-Commerce platform
Provide timely operational support to all brand and trade program related administrative tasks
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, commercial operations, or administrative roles.
Experience handling customer inquiries, issue resolution, or inbound support
Familiarity with CRM or Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail when handling data and reports.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, adaptable, and a team player with a positive working attitude.
