Production Quality Lead (Electronics Manufacturing) – Tampines

Our client is a global technology company that designs and delivers customized server , storage , networking , and AI infrastructure solutions for hyperscale data centers and cloud service providers

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production teams to achieve production targets safely, on time, and in accordance with quality and productivity standards.
• Monitor production performance and product quality, promptly identifying, escalating, and resolving operational or quality issues.
• Drive team performance through daily production meetings, performance reporting, workforce coordination, and effective communication with management.
• Perform and oversee complex assembly operations across multiple production areas, ensuring adherence to established manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, equipment effectiveness, and implementation of operational enhancements.
• Facilitate new product introductions (NPI) and support the successful launch of new products, models, and manufacturing processes.
• Train, coach, and develop production associates, including onboarding new employees, supporting probation evaluations, and promoting cross-functional skill development.
• Maintain equipment readiness, workplace safety, and 5S standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational requirements.
• Support workforce management activities, including attendance monitoring, resource allocation, and collaboration across production areas to meet business needs.
• Act as a role model and team leader, fostering a positive work environment, strong teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of Team Leader experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Good understanding of production monitoring and ISO documentation requirements.
• Able to investigate production or quality issues and support corrective actions.
• Able to calculate takt time, manpower, and production line balancing requirements.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of manual dexterity and hands-on ability.
