Senior Business Analyst – Role Scope & Responsibilities
- Strategic Ownership & Solution Leadership
- Own the end-to-end business analysis and solution lifecycle from ideation through delivery and post-implementation optimization.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, translating enterprise goals into coherent capability roadmaps and solution directions.
- Provide thought leadership on digital enablement, platform consolidation, automation, and customer experience transformation.
- Advanced Business & Impact Analysis
- Lead complex, ambiguous problem spaces involving multiple systems, stakeholders, and constraints.
- Perform deep impact analysis across processes, data, integrations, risks, compliance, and operating models.
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and value realization plans to ensure outcomes are measurable and tracked.
- Solution Shaping & Architecture Alignment
- Co-own solution design with enterprise and solution architects, ensuring:

Experience & Background
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Analysis / Solution Analysis roles.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, enterprise or platform-based initiatives.
- Experience working across digital, loyalty, CRM, customer platforms, data, or integration-heavy environments is highly desirable.
