Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely disbursement.
  • Validate timesheets, compute overtime, and process payroll adjustments and reimbursements.
  • Ensure statutory compliance, including tax clearance, monthly CPF submissions, annual income tax filings, and government claims (e.g., leave and NS claims).
  • Respond promptly to employee queries relating to payroll, compensation, and benefits matters.
  • Support annual HR initiatives such as manpower budgeting, HR audits, and group reporting requirements.
  • Process monthly payroll, claims, attendance records, and overtime calculations.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll-related reports, including manpower costs, staff movement, and variance analysis.
  • Conduct payroll cost analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Submit statutory surveys and reports to relevant government authorities in a timely manner.
  • Review and enhance payroll processes to improve operational efficiency and internal controls.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects, including HR system implementations, integrations, and migrations.
  • Assist in compiling statistical reports on workforce demographics and attrition, liaising with external agencies when required.
  • Maintain and update HR and Compensation & Benefits documentation, including employee handbooks and benefits policies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local employment legislation.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS and employee records database.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in HRM or other relevant qualification
  • At least 3 year(s) working experience in related field.
