About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager to lead strategic manufacturing and operational improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and can drive projects from concept through execution.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence, process improvements, automation initiatives, and capital investment projects that support business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management activities, from planning and execution through commissioning and handover.
• Drive CapEx, process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Lead stakeholder discussions, facilitate decision-making, and resolve project challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Support continuous improvement, digitalization, and ERP-related initiatives where applicable.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of project management experience within CNC/ manufacturing, industrial, process plant, precision engineering environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is good to have.
• Proven experience managing CapEx projects, plant improvement projects, automation initiatives, or operational transformation programs.
• Excellent leadership capability with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Experience in budget management, cost control, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, or related platforms is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is a plus.
