Looking for an experienced techno-commercial Salesforce Practice Lead to balance business development, partner management, solutioning, and delivery leadership.

1. Practice Leadership & Strategy 

 ? Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the Salesforce practice in the Singapore market. 

 ? Standardise delivery methodologies to ensure high-quality, scalable implementation cycles. 

 ? Manage the practice P&L, ensuring healthy margins and sustainable growth.

 ? Mentor and grow a team of architects, consultants and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and certification. 

 2. Client & Partner Engagement 

 ? Act as the Primary Point of Contact for Salesforce Singapore, maintaining a "better together" relationship with their Account Executives and Partner Managers. 

 ? Serve as a Strategic Advisor to C-suite clients, helping them translate business challenges into Salesforce solutions and beyond (based on companies capabilities). 

 ? Drive the "Joint Business Plan" with Salesforce to ensure alignment on lead generation and market positioning. 

 3. Business Development & Pre-Sales 

 ? Partner with the sales team to lead discovery sessions, architect solutions, and craft winning proposals. 

 ? Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts through proactive value-mapping. 

 ? Represent the firm at industry events and Salesforce-led initiatives (e.g., World Tour, Basecamps). 

 4. Technical Delivery

 ? Lead high-level architectural design for complex multi-cloud implementations. 

 ? Act as a Client Advisor or Engagement Manager on key projects to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction. 

 ? Provide "Executive Oversight" on project health and technical debt management.

Requirements & Qualifications 

 ? Experience: 10+ years in IT/Consulting, with at least 6 years dedicated to the Salesforce ecosystem. 

 ? Leadership: Proven track record of managing a practice or a large-scale delivery team in a consulting environment. 

 ? Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the Singapore business landscape and regulatory environment.

 ? Salesforce Credentials: Multiple certifications or accreditations are ideal (e.g., Application/System Architect, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant). 

 ? Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and "storytelling" skills—able to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business value. 

 ? Commercial Acumen: Comfortable with the pre-sales lifecycle, from initial pitch to SOW finalization.
