Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and experiential activations across a portfolio of shopping malls.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, event vendors, and contractors to ensure the seamless delivery of campaigns and events across both digital and physical channels.
  • To develop relationships with retail tenants and develop collaborative initiatives that enhance customer engagement, increase footfall, and support tenant sales performance.
  • Manage and maintain digital communication platforms, including social media channels, mall directories, mobile applications, and promotional displays to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Evaluate campaign and event performance through reporting and analysis, identifying opportunities to improve future initiatives and customer experiences.
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to approved expenditures.
  • Support the marketing and utilisation of advertising and event spaces within the malls, while serving as a key point of contact for tenant and stakeholder enquiries.
  • Attend and support on-site activations, events, and stakeholder meetings, including occasional weekend activities when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail marketing, advertising and promotions, events management, tenant engagement, customer experience, or a shopping mall environment.
  • Well verse in project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Well verse in stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with tenants, agencies, and business partners.
  • Experience in marketing campaign execution, events coordination, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with retail property management, shopping mall operations, or marketing communications is advantageous.
