$13 per hour Logistics and Food Operations Specialist /Central/6 months contracts renewable/Weekly Pay
Job Scope

• Provides Food Services for office in the respective region
• Deliver quality services and provide proactive support to internal clients
• Purchase and manage Food and Beverage supplies, expense tracking and submission and vendor management
• Manage and plan events, including but not limited to tech talks, team off-site/team building and any other client/user request.
• Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules
• Collect feedbacks from business team members regularly and take actions accordingly
• Handle urgent projects as required
• Basic knowledge of banquets/catering setup along with coffee breaks.
• Responsible for the management of catering satisfaction, including regular satisfaction surveys and optimization of food service operations
• Administrative work involved.
• Some traveling involved.
  Working hours
  Mondays to Fridays
  9am to 6pm
  Job Requirements
• 1 years' relevant experience in office operation in a Food and Beverage environment
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain energetic in a fast-paced environment and detailed oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
• Principled, flexible, and resourceful with a positive customer service mentality.
• Detail-oriented with analytical, problem-solving and financial skills.
