Responsibilities:

• Oversee a GL section with support of 2 team members in running daily
• GL and Reporting operations;
• Ensuring the book is being closed accurately and all reporting deadlines are met;
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditor, corporate secretary, bankers, government bodies and tax consultant;
• Statutory & compliance reporting including handling of statutory audit,government statistics;
• Handling of external and internal audits;
• Preparation of audited financial reports;
• Preparation of month end/quarter end reporting package to HK;
• Preparation of annual budget;
• Inventory monitoring and management, including bi-annual stock take;
• Continuously look out for process improvement;
• Assist Financial Controller on any ad hoc matters.

Requirements:

• Min Accountancy degree, ACCA, qualified accountant will be preferred;
• Possess minimum 5 years of accounting work experience, manage a small team, good interpersonal skills, positive mindset, initiative, business partnering acumen
