- Full spectrum of AP and GL job scope
- Prepare Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end closing
- Prepare monthly vendor payments and staff claims etc.
- Prepare GL recurring transaction and Journal entries etc.
- Maintain Fixed Assets ledger
- Prepare GST return
- Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information to HQ
- Work with auditor to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit
- Assist in withholding tax
Requirements:
- Minimum Accounting Diploma or equivalent professional qualification
- At least 2 years' experience in handling full set of account
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
