Responsibilities:

• Charting the roadmap for the digital growth strategy, including developing actionable workplans
• Monitoring and reporting of programme performance to key management and stakeholders
• Managing a robust data collection, cleaning and processing through engagement with vendors and partners, guiding teams on how data can be used to shape programmes and operations if necessary
• Ensuring proper governance in the management of resources for the programme, including putting in place necessary policies and procedures to facilitate necessary checks and balances

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business / Management / relevant fields
• 8-12 years of experience in policy and project management, preferably within government or industry transformation projects
• Leadership, communication, consulting and negotiation skills
• Expertise in digital transformation
