JOB OVERVIEW
Based in Singapore, the role will be responsible for day to day delivery of HR administrative functions in Singapore and harmonised processes in the Asia region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform Administration activities in the following areas;

  • Recruitment data administration
  • Pre-onboard and onboarding
  • Off boarding
  • Life events
  • International mobility
  • Leave administration
  • HR related invoice processing
  • Data management in HR systems related to the process being managed
  • Pfile/eFile administration
  • Employee query management related to the process being managed
  • HR letter generation



Work includes;

  • Supporting the Singapore branch and the regional offices on those activities that have been centralized
  • Working with allocated vendors to facilitate service (eg. immigration, relocation, tax)
  • Centralizing and standardizing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Supporting the HR community in the region
  • drafting/updating operating manuals for the Services team
  • Focusing on quality and ensuring you follow a maker/checker approach



Work allocation;

  • Work will generally be assigned as an area to focus on (eg. Onboarding or Offboarding) The team may work on rotation to allow for backup within the team.
  • Depending on your prior experience you will focus on one area to leverage your strength and experience.



REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent at a minimum
  • At least 3 years' experience in an HR administrative capacity in financial services with a specialization area in the HR domain, HRIS/Reporting or HR service management;
  • Knowledgeable of Singapore HR requirements as it pertains to the labour law and other related statutory boards
  • Good understanding of HR data and reporting;
  • Is self-aware and also a team player with an engaging style;
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Stakeholder management and an ability to collaborate well with key stakeholders both internally (within & outside HR) and externally (eg. vendors, govt institutions)
  • Has an eye for detail and the ability to connect the dots
  • Is "Hands-on" and possess a positive and "can do" attitude;
  • Experience in Peoplesoft, Taleo, Enboarder, Workday;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (specifically, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and is knowledgeable on Mail Merge)
  • Experience within an international, matrix led organization with a HR shared service environment or other countries.
