Job scopes:

• Conduct site surveys and lead in design development and documentation
• Project Management: manage projects from inception, design to project completion
• Coordination and on-site supervision
• Drawing up of CAD layout and site plans
• Monitors and reports on projects through regular review of status and liaise with stakeholders
• Comply with prevailing regulations and codes governing construction and architectural practice in Singapore
• Able to effectively communicate and manage contractors, consultants, stakeholders etc
• Able to lead, motivate and manage a small team

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture
• Experienced in civil engineering and urban work (mainly for electrical & telecom works) working in the public right of way of Singapore will be advantageous
• Proficiency in Autocad / Archicad
• Minimum 2 years of architectural experience in Singapore
• Adaptability, rigorous, sense of project ownership, reactivity in general, analytical mind, risk management
