Artwork Coordinator (Packaging/ Project/ 18 Mth Contract)


Job Purpose :
The incumbent will

  • Coordinate the change of Artworks in relationship with project
  • Follow-up Artworks development with Affiliates and CMO
  • Ensure implementation of new artworks for production as per defined timeline and budget
  • Maintain Artworks in Vistalink system and ensure compliance of system with reality
  • Project Management


Responsibilities:
Coordinate the change of Artworks in relationship with the project

  • Ensure artworks changes are properly defined with relevant stakeholder
  • Prepare and update timeline for Artworks implementation and ensure adherence
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirement and timeline

    Follow-up Artworks development with Affiliates and CMO
  • Ensure Affiliate are completing their steps as per agreed timeline
  • Ensure CMO are completing their steps as per agreed timeline
  • Report any deviation and propose corrective action
  • Contribute to Global reporting for the region
    Ensure implementation of new artworks for production as per defined timeline
  • Align implementation of new artwork in production with market demand
  • Adjust implementation per production plan evolution
  • Monitor CMO materials orders to ensure production on-time
    Maintain Artworks in Vistalink system and ensure compliance of system with reality
  • Update product code in Vistalink system and help with troubleshooting for affiliate and CMO
  • Upload validated artworks for non-connected CMO
  • Ensure data integrity of information contain in Vistalink system
    Project Management
  • Support & coordinate between upstream and downstream activities and with all the functional teams in different workstream assigned for the project relating to innovation (NPD, launches, etc)
  • Planning and tracking of the project ensuring respect of timeline and key milestone
  • Requirements:
  • Possess 2-3 years of similar working experience in project management.
  • Independent in work, good at priority attribution in face of large workload, solid experience of project management with internal or external partner.
  • Be rigorous with complex information management.
  • Open minded, strong creative thinking, influencing and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to take initiative, and be proactive in the work
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Graduate with relevant work experience.
