• To lead teams in the planning, development and implementation of leadership programmes
• To engage and develop relationship with various stakeholder to deliver and design programmes , development interventions by working closely with external agencies/ stakeholders
• Ensure that the systems and process that support programmes operations are effective and efficient through the initiating and managing of appropriate improvement and maintenance efforts.
• To Cultivate and sustain an effective team in terms of culture, morale and talent that has the capacity to deliver on organisation's strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Min 7 years of relevant experiences
• With keen interest in policy and governance issues
• With excellent leadership skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
