Job Scope:
- Reviewing and posting of journal entries
- Reviewing and approving other ad-hoc charges
- Approving the creation and editing of Customer accounts
- Raising Purchase Requisition and performing GRN for those billing-related charges
- Prepare the daily and monthly reconciliation and follow up on the outstanding items, if any
- Perform pre-bill activities in billing system before month end close
- Consolidate all the refunds to Customers and prepare payment proposal
- Monitor the month end and year end close and ensure all entries are posted
- Conduct fixed assets account bi-yearly
- Assist with all testing
- Liaise with the auditors
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma majoring in Accountancy or ACCA
- Minimum 5 -6 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to communicate with various stakeholders
- SAP experience
Additional Information:
- Salary - based on experience
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: 6 months, possible conversion
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6pm, Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Location: Meiban Industrial Building, 11 Ubi Road, S408723 (Macpherson MRT Station), Q4 2021 will be shifting to Braddell (Braddell MRT)
