Job Scope
- Support marketing campaigns execution from leads verification (ensure customers are the correct target group, etc) to collaterals preparation
- Performing testing support and maintenance of rewards program setup
- Raising purchase orders and invoices processing
- Work closely with other stakeholders e.g., Marketing, eBusiness, Campaign BA team etc. to ensure smooth testing and campaign execution
- Liaising with external merchants for onboarding of various rewards programs
- Support and handle customers' enquiries or issues
- Handle other operational and administrative matters such as internal reporting and customers enquiries from partners
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing / Communications or related discipline
- At least 2 -4 years relevant working experience in Marketing, campaign management etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent project management skills
