Job scope:

• Perform incoming inspection within two working days, maintain inspection records and update SAP.
• Update NPR (Non-conforming Product Report) data in SAP and Access within two working days.
• Manage MRB inventory and generate weekly MRB inventory report on time.
• Process scrap transaction in SAP after management disposition by two working days.
• SAP System Update for RMA replacement from supplier by two working days.
• Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) and Return To Vendor (RTV) of the non -conforming parts.
• Perform Outgoing QA Buy-off for Finished Goods (instruments).
• Mentor and providing training to new QA inspector.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec/ Nitec certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on relevant working experience in Quality Inspection.
• PC skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Results oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
