• Main object to lead a team to encourage / drive adoption and utilisation of digital solutions for business in Singapore especially SMEs
• Lead the Planning and Performance team to Formulate the overall strategy for the Digital programme, including:
• Developing its long-term goals and strategies, as well as immediate priorities;
• Translating the strategies into actionable workplans, and working with partners within and beyond the Public Service to conceptualise new programmes as necessary; and
• Monitoring and reporting of the Digital programme's performance to management and stakeholders;
• Collect and analyse data on SME digitalisation, including- Identifying new partners and working with existing partners to collect and clean data on SME digitalisation;
• Maintaining a database on SME digitalisation and developing visualisation panels to enable other teams Providing advice to other teams on how data can be used to shape programmes and operations;

Requirements

• 8 years of Relevant policy and project management experience, with at least 5 years in supervisory/managerial role
• Experience with public or industry transformation projects
• Experience in facilitating multi-stakeholder engagement
