Responsibilities:

  • Deal with clients and ship-owners pertaining to all post-deal activities to ensure all necessary operational information is passed on timely
  • Resolve common and complex deliveries, disputes and claims between clients and ship-owners
  • Handle loading and discharging procedures and documents
  • Assist in ship-chartering issue, i.e. computation for freight, demurrage, shortage and laytime
  • Report to the Head of Operations on all operational activities
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Min 3 years of working experience in maritime industry
  • Preferably with ship owner/ operator/ brokeage experience in operation particularly in areas of laytime calculation, bunker purchases and voyage analysis
