Responsibilities:
- Providing technical engineering expertise towards Building Owner / Property Developer
- Support Tender and Business Development in pitching, client workshops and presentations
- Guide and conduct training to onsite operational engineers for review, maintenance and overseeing repair, R&R activities
- Provide technical guidance on selection, installation of sensors with analysis and explanation of data results
- Solution for relevant HVAC / ACMV / energy management portions as part of tenders
- Propose maintenance and diagnostic procedures / processes in ACMV / energy management / BMS as part of the digitalisation efforts
- Constant review of processes, delivery requirements to improve productivity and propose new solutions to clients
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Effects and Mode Analysis (FEMA / FEMCA) or other failure analytical methods
- Degree or Master, related to Mechanical Engineering
- Above 7 years of experience related to building system (ACMV / Energy / BMS / HVAC) in Singapore
- Registered SCEM will be added value
- Current residing in Singapore
