Responsibilities:

• To create content collaterals across different formats such as pictures, videos, infographics, written articles, etc. for different distribution platforms (TV, print, website, social media, etc.). The objective is to drive customer engagement beyond core banking services.
• Provide consultancy and manage a research-led project with a Client Issuer to uncover actionable and tangible insights which client can leverage to develop implementable content strategies.
• Define key objectives, develop research and interview questionnaire, conduct market research and generate insights reports
• Partner with Clients, Internal Teams and Research Agencies to determine the strategic intent behind creating a content marketing strategy
• To conduct competitor scan and identify market best practices of selected markets in Asia Pacific to understand their content marketing strategies
• Onboard and brief third party agency and support them to conduct consumer research to evaluate content preferences and requirements of the target customer segments to understand their motivation, attitudes and preferences for content
• Prepare insights reports from market scan and consumer research
• To distill key and critical insights from market scan and consumer research to inform key tenets and requirements of content strategies and implementation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of content marketing experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services or related industry
• Well versed in financial products which include payments, banking segments, wealth products
• Expertise in creating different type of content formats (videos, infographics, blogs, podcasts, etc.) across different media platforms
• Experience synthesizing consumer inputs into actionable and meaningful insights related to content formats & channels
• Strong Project management skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage workflow in a high-energy, collaborative, team-oriented environment
