Job Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service to assigned accounts
Provide professional shipping advice to customer
Proactively monitor customer's shipment, ensure all deliveries able to meet the deadlines
Resolve any complaints and issue arise professionally
Maintain good rapport with client to achieve customer satisfaction
Handle any cases or claims related to the assigned accounts
Key in data into the systems and prepare daily reports for the management
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
A professional education in any field
Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar role from Logistics/Supply Chain industry
Knowledge in MS Office Application, f.e: Excel
Customer service oriented

Location: Kaki Bukit
Rotating shift
Salary up to $2800 (depends on experience) + Allowance + Bonus
